Sarpsborg and Godset knocked out of the football NM – reigning champion Molde struggled to win

In Moss, Anas Farah Ali became the big hero with his goal ten minutes after the break. The 22-year-old was played well through and was ice cold alone with Simen Vidtun Nilsen in the Sarpsborg goal.

– We have done this in training many times, so it was just to go in the back room and put it in goal. We’ve had a good season. and it is very nice to beat Sarpsborg. For me as a Fredrikstad boy, it is extra nice to send them out of the cup, Ali told NRK.

– It is difficult to say so much about it. The guys work heroically all the way. A big day for Moss tonight, coach Thomas Myhre said.

With only seconds left, Sarpsborg got the ball in the net, but the line judge waved incorrectly for offside. Just before, Sarpsborg had an end via the crossbar, down the line and out.

Sarpsborg has shown good form lately and has six points in the last two elite series matches with a 10-1 goal difference. They have crushed both Jerv and Strømsgodset before the defeat against Moss.

The estate-bang

At Gjøvik, there was drama until the last kick on the ball. With a few seconds left, Andreas Østerud sent the home team to heaven when he appeared on the back post and secured a 3-2 victory for Gjøvik-Lyn over Strømsgodset.

Herman Stengel sent Godset in the lead before Arne Ravndal equalized. In the second extra round, Fred Friday sent the guests in the lead, but five minutes later Ole Thomas Skogli lobbed the ball beautifully over Morten Sætra before Østerud decided.

Rosenborg, like several elite league clubs, needed extra innings to move on. They ended up against Levanger after 19 minutes, but Ole Sæter equalized with just over 20 minutes left to play.

In the extra innings, Bryan Fiabema became the hero when he rounded LFK goalkeeper Sebastian Heggland and put the ball in goal.

Molde deleted

Brattvåg took the lead by a strange own goal by Molde. Birk Risa played the ball back to goalkeeper Oliver Petersen, but Petersen miscalculated, and the ball rolled past the last chance and into goal. Mathias Løvik equalized before Tobias Flem beat Brattvåg back in the lead.

At the end of the first half, Magnus Grødem equalized before Eirik Haugan and David Fofana secured Molde advancement with ten minutes left.

Haugan’s 3-2 goal came after 84 minutes before Fofana determined the result three minutes later.

In Harstad, Bodø / Glimt drove over HIL. Elias Hagen (2 goals), Isak Helstad Amundsen (2) and Gilbert Koomson scored the goals that gave a 5-0 victory. The 4-0 score was especially great. Glimt got a free kick of 25 meters, and Hagen finished well in the nearest corner.

Overtaking and extra laps
